We’ll make it right – from reprinting your order or issuing an account credit to even refunding you in full.

Then, we’ll work with you to find a solution that you’ll be happy with, whether that means reprinting your order at no additional cost or crediting your account so you can place a new order.

If you ever have an issue with your sshcv order, it’s our goal to resolve it to best meet your needs. So if a reprint or account credit doesn’t solve your problem, we’ll refund your money 100%.

RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer care at customercare@sshcv.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your

return, exchange, account credit, or refund.

Please allow at least five-seven (5-7) business days to process returns from the receipt of your item to processing your

return, exchange, account credit, or refund.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your return, exchange, account credit, or refund has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns [in excess of $30.00.
